The Peanut Luncheon is an annual awards banquet held by the Alpha Eta Sigma Chapter in celebration of the contributions of Dr. George Washington Carver while highlighting the accomplishments of outstanding individuals in the Philadelphia area. All proceeds of the event benefit the chapter's fund from which scholarships are given annually to Philadelphia area students interested in pursuing higher education.
