Halloween Buzz Driving is Drunk Driving. This is the Buckle Up America initiative that the
Xi Theta Chapter of Lincoln University will be hosting on October 30th. Flyers have already been posted around campus, and Sigma has received great feedback about the look of the flyers and the message.
